You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and of legal age to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian's consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, access it through unauthorized means, impersonate others, upload harmful or unlawful content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

N4Life provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. If you experience pain, dizziness, or other symptoms, stop and seek medical help. You use the service at your own risk.

AI coaching, workout plans, and meal suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Calorie and nutrient values are estimates. Use your own judgment and verify important information with a professional.

N4Life offers optional paid plans (Monthly, 6 months, and Yearly) with a 7-day free trial for new accounts. Plans are paid by mobile money (Zaad, EVC Plus, Sahal). They do not renew automatically; you renew in the app under Profile > Subscription. The free trial ends on its own and does not charge you. If a payment was approved but your plan is not active, email us with the phone number and time of payment and we will fix it. For refund requests, email us.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content, branding, and software in N4Life are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

We work to keep N4Life available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N4Life is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury or health outcome, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via our Delete Account page. Deleting your account ends any active plan; email us if you have questions about unused paid time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which N4Life is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of N4Life after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
