You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be of legal age in your country to use the service.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

N4Life provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition.

N4Life may offer optional paid subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your store account settings.

All content, branding, and software in N4Life are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N4Life is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via our Delete Account page.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of N4Life after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
