Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your N4Life account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your information — as required by the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
Open N4Life, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and data will be removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email hello@n4life.app from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
We permanently delete your profile, health and fitness logs (workouts, meals, calories, water, weight, BMI), preferences, and any personal identifiers. This action cannot be undone.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or in anonymized/aggregated form that can no longer identify you. Payment records may be kept by the App Store or Google Play per their policies.
