Health & fitness data you enter, including weight, height, age, goals, workouts, meals, calories, water intake, and BMI.

We use your information to provide and personalize the service — generating workout and meal plans, powering AI coaching, tracking progress, and sending relevant reminders. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our features.
